Traveler Requirements:

Active Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure; 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience; RRT preferred; ACLS and BLS required; Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department experience; airway management skills including extubation, intubation assistance, suctioning, tracheostomy care; experience with bronchoscopy support, sputum specimen collection, ventilator management including BiPAP, CPAP, SIMV, pressure-alarm troubleshooting, and weaning from mechanical ventilation; chest physiotherapy, arterial blood gas collection and interpretation; experience with BiPAP, CPAP, mechanical ventilators, high-flow oxygen systems, nebulizers, aerosol medication systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory support for adult and geriatric patients in critical care and emergency settings. Manage ventilators-including BiPAP, CPAP, and SIMV-and troubleshoot pressure alarms. Assist with airway management, including extubation, intubation assistance, and tracheostomy care. Support bronchoscopy procedures and collect sputum specimens. Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams to deliver comprehensive respiratory care across hospital units. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
