Schedule:

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Wednesday-Tuesday stretch Alternating weeks: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next Every other weekend required Holiday shifts may be needed

Qualifications:

Active RRT license in the state of Michigan Expert proficiency in all facets of respiratory therapy, including assessments, interventions, and documentation Ability to perform duties independently without direct supervision Current certifications:

BLS, ACLS, NRP

Previous hospital or acute care experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients according to physician directives Monitor, evaluate, and record patient progress and response to therapy Operate and troubleshoot ventilators, oxygen delivery equipment, and assorted respiratory devices Respond swiftly to emergency codes and perform timely interventions as needed Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments, self-care, and equipment use Uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards throughout the facility
