1.2 FTE with alternating three 12-hour day shifts and three 12-hour night shifts Every other weekend required Start date: 10/19/26 Assignment duration: 25 weeks Expected to float between three hospital locations as needed

Key Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program Valid State of Minnesota Respiratory Therapist license Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC Active BLS and PALS certifications Demonstrated pediatric respiratory experience Adaptability to work across different hospital campuses Professionalism in following uniform guidelines (maroon scrubs required, not provided)

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy services to pediatric patients in both acute and critical care settings Perform assessments, initiate therapy, and evaluate patient response to interventions Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary medical teams to coordinate care plans and achieve optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on respiratory care procedures and home care when necessary Accurately document therapy procedures and outcomes in the patient record Maintain current knowledge of respiratory therapy best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements Enjoy the fulfillment of making an impact for children and their families while further developing your clinical expertise.
