This contract position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in pediatric respiratory therapy will be highly valued. The assignment is set to begin on 10/19/26 and will extend for 25 weeks.

Schedule/Hours:

Full-time equivalency of 1.2 (six positions available) Work a balanced rotation of three 12-hour day shifts and three 12-hour night shifts Alternating weekends required No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program Active Minnesota Respiratory Therapist licensure Certification as a CRT or RRT by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) Current BLS and PALS certifications Demonstrated pediatric experience in a hospital or acute care setting

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive respiratory care and therapy for pediatric patients in critical and acute care units Assess, implement, and monitor therapeutic interventions across all three hospital sites as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Accurately document procedures, patient progress, and responses to therapy Uphold departmental protocols and standards to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
