Schedule:

Full-time equivalent: 1.2 FTE Rotating shifts: 3 days, 3 nights per week 12-hour shifts Every other weekend required No on-call hours Assignment duration: 25 weeks Start date: 10/19/26

Desired Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist with the State of Minnesota Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) Current BLS and PALS certifications Pediatric care experience is mandatory Willingness to float between three local hospital sites Professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based respiratory care to a pediatric population Assess, plan, and implement respiratory interventions as directed by medical and nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Accurately document patient care and respond promptly to emergencies Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
