Pay & Benefits Pay Range:

$36.92 - $50.29 per hour Eligible for competitive benefits package (details available upon application) Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, training opportunities, and support for licensure renewal What You'll Do Provide and monitor therapeutic oxygen, aerosols, humidification, and respiratory medications Apply and oversee both non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation support Assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, and artificial airway care Obtain and interpret pulmonary function data, suggest therapy modifications Educate patients and families on respiratory health, prevention, and recovery Manage documentation and billing as per policy Support pharmacy functions including stock management, medication preparation, and equipment checks when working in

Chaska What You Need Required:

Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid Minnesota RT license BLS certification ACLS certification (preferred) Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively in English Attention to detail and equipment proficiency
