Requirements:
Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
