Job Description
Per Diem Sleep Technologist / Respiratory Therapist Respiratory Therapy Services PLLC We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Sleep Technologist with an active NYS license to join our team for flexible, as-needed coverage at our partner sleep center in Suffolk County, NY.
What You'll Do:
- Perform comprehensive overnight polysomnography (PSG) and daytime
MSLT/MWT
studies- Conduct CPAP/BiPAP titrations and mask fittings
- Score sleep studies and generate preliminary reports
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and HIPAA compliance throughout each study
What You Need:
- Active NY Respiratory Therapy license (RRT or CRT)
- RPSGT or SDS credential preferred; experienced sleep techs actively pursuing credentialing considered
- Proficiency in digital PSG acquisition and scoring software
- Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
