In this role, you will perform comprehensive respiratory assessments, manage ventilators and oxygen therapy, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress to support recovery and functional independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on respiratory self-care, and uphold our culture of high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Deliver respiratory assessments and individualized treatment for inpatient rehab patients. Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and airway clearance procedures. Monitor patient response, analyze ABGs, and adjust therapy per protocols. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff on care plans. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with safety standards. Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
