Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy Job Summary AdviniaCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy to oversee our Rhode Island and Massachusetts facilities, with a special focus at Rhode Island Respiratory and Rehab Managed by AdviniaCare. As a Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of respiratory care is delivered to our patients and residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a compassionate and respectful team that prioritizes patient-centered care and cultural change in the industry. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of Rhode Island and Massachusetts facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the respiratory therapy team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall quality of care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented for patients and residents Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient charts and records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentoring programs to promote professional growth and development Develop and manage budgets for respiratory therapy services, ensuring efficient use of resources Requirements Licensed Respiratory Therapist 5+ years of experience in respiratory therapy, with a focus on vents, tracheostomies, stomas, and decannulation Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing teams and facilities Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in respiratory care, with a focus on patient-centered care and cultural change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and cultural change Opportunities for professional growth and development, including mentoring and training programs A chance to join a compassionate and respectful team that makes a difference in the lives of patients and families How to Apply If you are a motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist looking for a new challenge, please apply to this exciting opportunity.
