Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Operate, monitor, and maintain respiratory equipment Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on therapies, procedures, and equipment Respond quickly and adeptly to emergency situations requiring respiratory intervention Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care provided

Desired Qualifications:

Valid and current Respiratory Therapist license (RT/RRT) Successfully completed an accredited Respiratory Therapy program At least one year of recent clinical respiratory therapy experience preferred Strong critical-thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to new environments and technology BLS and ACLS certifications required
