We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Care Practitioner PRN CRT to provide top-notch respiratory therapy services on an as-needed basis. Utilize state-of-the-art technology to tailor treatments for each patient's unique needs, ensuring optimal outcomes in a challenging yet rewarding environment. This role requires keen assessment skills, an understanding of respiratory equipment operation, and the ability to respond swiftly in critical situations. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team committed to quality patient care. Responsibilities Assess patient respiratory care needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Administer and manage oxygen delivery devices and mechanical ventilators. Monitor patient's physiological responses to therapy, and make appropriate adjustments. Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and maintenance. Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to integrate respiratory care. Document all patient care services and outcomes accurately. Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols and health regulations. Required Skills Proficient in the use of ventilators and other respiratory care equipment Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and decision-making skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
