Full-Time Sabine Heights is looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join our team! This role has a direct impact on the quality of care we're able to provide residents with respiratory needs, while also bringing an important level of clinical support to our nursing team. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with residents, follow their progress over time, and use your expertise to help keep them comfortable, stable, and receiving the highest level of care. What You'll Do Assess and monitor residents with respiratory conditions Provide respiratory treatments and interventions based on resident needs Support trach and ventilator care as applicable Recognize changes in respiratory status and communicate concerns with the clinical team Maintain and monitor respiratory equipment Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and therapy on resident care Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff Maintain accurate clinical documentation What We're Looking For Current Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner license CRT or RRT credential Previous respiratory therapy experience Skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred Strong assessment and communication skills Dependable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a clinical team Why Join Sabine Heights?
