AM Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. Experience with Epic is preferred. Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission). Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• ICU, ER, and basic critical care experience are top requirements.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Level

III NICU

experience preferred.

• Pediatric/nursery experience preferred.

• Previous Charge Experience:

  Preferred.
• Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
• Community hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details:

• Neonate, infant, pediatric, and adult patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Call required: No.
• Every other weekend.

Special Requests:

• Must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

14 days maximum time off 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years Proof of identification required

Certifications:

RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT BLS (Basic Life Support)
