Required Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid BLS and ACLS certifications Associate's or Bachelors degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program Previous experience in acute care and critical care settings preferred Adaptability and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based respiratory care to patients of all ages Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide education to patients and families Operate and maintain complex respiratory equipment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care Document treatments and progress accurately in electronic medical records
