Pre-K through 12th Grade Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Brewton, Alabama, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity allows you to support students across Pre-K through 12th grade, providing essential speech and language services to help students succeed academically and socially. If you are a passionate SLP looking for a rewarding school-based role with a collaborative team, we would love to connect with you! Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations for students in Pre-K through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services. Manage a caseload of approximately 75 students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible Alabama SLP license. Alabama Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
ASHA CCC-SLP
preferred. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
