Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Background or interest in teletherapy considered an asset Comfortable managing caseloads ranging from Kindergarten through Grade 12 Strong communication and collaboration abilities SLPAs and those with healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-aged population Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and support staff Maintain detailed, accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress Attend and participate in IEP meetings as needed Provide guidance and mentorship to SLPA team members, if applicable Deliver services either onsite or through a teletherapy model, depending on your availability and expertise This position offers the chance to advance your clinical skills in a supportive, student-focused environment with the flexibility of both traditional and remote service options.
