Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current and valid state SLP licensure and certification for schools, or eligibility to obtain Experience or strong interest in working with K-12th grade students in educational settings Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Collaborative spirit for working alongside educators and families
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district standards Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Offer guidance to teachers and families on supporting student communication needs throughout the school day This is a full-time, 37.5-hour per week contract position in a welcoming, student-centered school environment where your skills and passion will be valued from day one.
