Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, especially working with K-12 students Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing expert input and documentation Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services tailored to each students needs Maintain current and thorough records, complying with all school and state guidelines Offer guidance and professional support to faculty and staff on best practices for supporting students with speech and language needs As you work in this collaborative school environment, youll play a meaningful part in helping children develop essential communication skills for lifelong success.
