Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in Arizona Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school settings, working with diverse student populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with technology and teletherapy platforms for hybrid or remote roles
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-age children Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) alongside educational teams Track student progress, document outcomes, and communicate regularly with parents and staff Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support professionals Provide direct therapy both one-on-one and in small groups Educate families and staff to facilitate carryover of interventions
