If you have a strong background in school-based, healthcare, or pediatric settings—and thrive on supporting young learners—this role presents a meaningful chance to enhance students' communication skills and educational experiences through the upcoming semester (August to December 2026).
Qualifications:
Active California Speech Language Pathologist (CA SLP) License required Recent experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments is highly valued CCC or CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings Serve a caseload of up to 67 students, with dedicated SLPA support available 3-4 days per week for therapy implementation Develop and track IEP goals, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in IEP meetings Foster a positive, engaging climate for students with varied speech and language needs, empowering them toward greater confidence and academic success Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and staff at both assigned school sites Enjoy a robust suite of benefits including a highly competitive compensation package starting at $70+ with licensure, weekly pay, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a matching 401K plan, and access to a flexible spending account.
