Student-Friendly Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-3:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.
Caseload:
Students span TK-8th grade, concentrated in TK-3rd, great fit if early intervention and foundational speech and language work is your strength.

Fully on-site role. No virtual services.

Real Support:
SkyAbove handles payroll, credentialing, and liability coverage with bi-weekly direct deposit and ongoing clinical mentorship behind you. Responsibilities Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 26-46 students in grades TK-8th (caseload is expected to grow with incoming students). Serve as case manager for approximately 20 students, including IEP development, meeting facilitation, and required documentation. Conduct speech and language assessments and present findings at IEP meetings. Develop IEP goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans. Address articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and social communication needs. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student communication across settings. Maintain timely, compliant documentation.
Compensation & Benefits Schedule:
Full-time or part-time, in person. Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-3:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.
Pay:
$70-80/hr, based on experience and tax election, with bi-weekly direct deposit.

ASHA CCC-SLP
preferred; Clinical Fellows with an RPE license considered. California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential preferred. School-based experience preferred, particularly with TK-3rd grade students. Case management and IEP experience preferred.
Pay:
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
