Qualifications & Experience:

Holds (or is eligible for) a California SLP credentialCCC-SLPs and CFY-SLPs are welcome. Background in working within a school setting and familiarity with IEP processes preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Eagerness to collaborate with other educators and families for comprehensive student support. Ability to manage a mild/moderate elementary caseload with empathy and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation. Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations. Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to help students succeed academically and socially. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
