We partner with public schools across San Diego County, providing in-person therapy and assessments for students from preschool through high school. We're thoughtful about how we do things, especially when it comes to placement. We don't just fill openings. We're looking for clinicians (including CFs!) who are excited to work with students, flexible in their thinking, and invested in growing as professionals. View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Required Education & Foundational Qualifications All applicants must meet the following:
M.A. or M.S. degree in SLP or Comm. Sciences & Disorders from an accredited program
Eligibility for, or completion of, California SLP licensure
Knowledge of pediatric speech/language development and school-based service delivery
Passing score on the Praxis SLP exam, or confirmation of a scheduled test date
Be eligible for, or currently hold, a California RPE Temporary License
Be prepared to complete 36 weeks full-time of supervised professional experience
Work under the supervision of a nurturing, highly skilled, licensed SLP
Demonstrate openness to mentorship, feedback, and tons of professional growth
Passing score on the Praxis SLP exam, or confirmation of a scheduled test date 2. Fully Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
Candidates must:
Hold, or be eligible for, a current, active California SLP license
Have completed: Master's degree; RPE (36 weeks full-time or equivalent)
Maintain license in good standing with required continuing education
Suggestions:
Have contact info for three professional SLP-related references on-hand (name, phone, email; at least one from a school-based setting)
