We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to join our Early Intervention team providing services exclusively in homes and community settings. Position Overview The Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist provides assessment, consultation, and intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) and their families in natural environments, including homes, daycare settings, parks, libraries, and community locations. This position emphasizes caregiver coaching, relationship-based intervention, and functional communication development within daily routines. ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, communication, feeding, and developmental assessments for children ages 0-3. Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals. Provide evidence-based intervention utilizing caregiver coaching and family-centered practices. Support the development of expressive language, receptive language, play skills, social communication, early literacy, feeding, and prelinguistic communication skills. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate families on strategies to support communication development within daily routines. Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company standards and funding source requirements. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development. Community-Based Service Delivery Travel to client homes and community settings within assigned service area. Maintain a flexible schedule that accommodates family availability. Promote family engagement and carryover of intervention strategies outside of therapy sessions. Qualifications SLP Applicants Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current California Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required. Experience with pediatric or early intervention populations preferred. CF-SLP Applicants Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. California RPE License (or eligibility). Strong interest in pediatric and early intervention services. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Experience with caregiver coaching and family-centered intervention. Knowledge of child development and early communication milestones.
