Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly assess students identified with speech and language impairments Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, anchored in each student's unique needs Conduct engaging therapy sessions that target individualized communication goals Maintain detailed, ongoing progress documentation in compliance with district guidelines Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and administrators—to ensure coordinated student care Partner with families, providing guidance and resources to actively involve them in therapy
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is advantageous Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills Proven ability to balance independent work with collaborative team involvement Enjoy a professional environment designed for growth and support.
