Desired Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in the state ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Experience working with school-age children, preferably in educational environments Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability to school-based teams Passion for empowering students with diverse speech and language needs Current knowledge of IEPs and compliance with special education procedures preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students individually and in groups Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in coordination with teachers and specialists Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school and district policies Provide support, resources, and training to parents, teachers, and staff as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans Adapt interventions to meet diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
