What we're looking for: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) Experience or strong interest in working with school-based K-12 populations Comfort working onsite, with the potential for some hybrid days Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of communication disorders Strong collaboration skills for teaming up with educators, families, and school support staff Commitment to following best practices and adhering to relevant state and federal guidelines Able to organize caseloads, write clear IEPs, and document progress Passion for fostering communication growth and educational success in diverse learners What you'll be doing: Serve K-12 students with a range of speech and language needs, developing individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative SLP services onsite, with the potential for hybrid flexibility Coordinate with teachers, special educators, and families to ensure holistic support Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student-centered planning Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress effectively Engage in ongoing professional development This contract role offers competitive compensation at $60-$70 per hour, with the satisfaction of empowering young learners and supporting their ability to communicate and thrive.
