Key Skills & Experience:

Valid CA Speech-Language Pathology License or CA CTC required Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience with IEPs, evaluations, direct and indirect therapeutic services Background in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 55 students with varying speech and language needs Familiarity with teletherapy and healthcare SLP practices is a plus Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Deliver engaging and effective direct therapy sessions, adapting methods to individual learning styles Provide indirect services through consultation and support for teachers and families Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for each student Participate in team meetings and professional development to stay current on best practices Experience exceptional benefits including competitive weekly pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
