The position involves standard SLP duties including meeting participation, multidisciplinary team collaboration, report writing, treatment, and testing. The SLP will be a part of a multi-tiered system of support to provide a comprehensive approach that strides to identify and treat the individual needs of all students. This is a fantastic opportunity for SLPs that are passionate about pediatrics and working in a supportive environment.
Job Description:
26-27 School Year Full time, district may be able to arrange part time Complete IEPs, assessments, treatment, and documentation for students with speech, voice, hearing and language impairments Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team Work Hours are typically 8:00 AM-3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Previous school or pediatric experience preferred but not required Must have active or pending California SLP license or the ability to apply for one Active California educator credential through the California Teaching Commission preferred (applicant will need to apply for credential if not already in process) Soliant offers licensing assistance if you are not certified in this state yet: https://www.soliant.com/about/benefits/ ASHA certification is a PLUS, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
Compensation:
Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services Travel stipends available if qualifications are met W2 pay between $60-$75 an hour Weekly pay Industry leading benefits in Health, Dental, Vision, and Matching 401(k) Continuing Education opportunities Caseload and specific duties will be discussed during the interview.
