Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life by developing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging families and caregivers in the therapeutic process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference through evidence-based practice and innovative therapy techniques. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for patients of all ages, including early intervention and school-aged children. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide direct therapy sessions via in-person or telehealth platforms to enhance communication skills and swallowing functions. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and effective therapy outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology, physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and medical terminology to deliver high-quality care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care for patients with complex disabilities or speech impairments. Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with speech or language impairments, including those with disabilities or neurological conditions. Support early intervention programs by providing specialized services to young children at critical developmental stages. Utilize telehealth technology effectively to deliver therapy sessions remotely while maintaining patient engagement and progress tracking.
Details:
Age group: TK-2 and some Preschoolers. However, if SLPs would prefer to work with upper grades, can adjust the current assignments.
Working Hours/week:
35-40. Flexible if you any have SLPs who are only available part time. Join us in transforming lives through impactful communication!
