Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active, or eligible, state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged students preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Principal Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with a range of speech and language disorders Develop individualized treatment plans to address each student's unique goals Provide targeted therapy sessions and adjust strategies as needed Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation on student progress and outcomes Work closely with colleagues from multiple disciplines to ensure coordinated care and optimal results Actively involve families in understanding and participating in the therapy process This contract role offers exceptional professional development resources.
