Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Patterson, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative educational environment where you can make a lasting impact on students' communication skills, academic achievement, and overall success. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children thrive, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering high-quality speech and language services in a school setting. Position Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring. Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, and compliance records. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members. Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as appropriate. Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations. Provide consultation and support to staff and families regarding communication needs. Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license. Eligibility to work in school-based settings in California. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Previous school-based or pediatric experience. Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services.
