This full-time contract opportunity lets you make a noticeable impact, working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to helping every child develop their communication skills. With case assignments tailored to your background and preferences, youll work with students presenting a wide range of needs, from moderate to profound. Ideal candidates will bring a passion for pediatric care and experience in school-based or clinical settings. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Pediatric experience, especially in early childhood or elementary populations Previous work with moderate to profound needs preferred CCC-SLP certification preferred; strong new graduates (CFs) considered Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language services for K12 students Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes Document services and maintain compliance with school and state regulations Participate in team meetings and professional development activities This role offers a competitive range of $40 to $60 per hour, paid weekly, along with a comprehensive healthcare package and a 401(k) plan featuring company matching.
