ESS Clinical is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026/27 school year to support Boulder Valley School District, CO. Pay starting from $67/hr up to $77/hr W2 and 1099 opportunities No non-competes in our contracts
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Colorado Department of Education License required at start date . Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required W2

Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations ESS Clinical is run by therapists for therapists!
