This full-time, contract-based role focuses on providing high-quality speech-language pathology services, with a special emphasis on serving at-risk youth and students from a variety of backgrounds. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Colorado SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience delivering SLP services to school-aged children Demonstrated ability to serve at-risk youth and students from diverse academic and economic backgrounds Strong skills in conducting evaluations and assessments Excellent communication and organizational abilities Motivated self-starter, equally effective working on-site or virtually
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct speech-language therapy, both in-person and virtually as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices This role offers the chance to make a significant difference in the academic and personal development of students who need it most.
