Use your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to make a lasting difference, collaborating closely with a friendly team of SLPs. Together, you'll provide individualized services to a manageable caseload of 25-30 students, focusing on a diverse range of needs from Autism to articulation disorders. Experience with AAC is a plus, helping you empower students to find their voice and succeed.

Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Connecticut required ASHA CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Background or interest in pediatric and school-based SLP preferred Experience with AAC devices highly valued Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered environments

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students PreK-6 Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and help shape positive student outcomes Share insight and strategies with interdisciplinary colleagues, dividing caseload equitably Provide AAC support and adapt interventions as needed for diverse learners With a 32.5-hour workweek across five days, you'll enjoy steady, consistent hours while building strong relationships within the school community.
