Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to students across the K-12 spectrum Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote students' social and academic growth Maintain accurate records, document progress, and adjust interventions based on student needs Offer support and resources to classroom educators to facilitate effective inclusion Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
