Job Description

Embark on a rewarding travel assignment supporting students in a dynamic school setting near New Hartford, CT. This full-time, contract opportunity spans the entire school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a diverse K-12 student caseload.
Skills & Experience Sought:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and certification Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and reporting requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services for students across all grade levels Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor student progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all services and student outcomes Offer guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers to support students communication goals Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and school-wide initiatives as needed
