Qualifications & Desired Experience Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs will be considered Previous school-based experience with K-12 students highly valued Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, and implementing individualized treatment plans Skilled in collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Primary Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and design evidence-based therapy plans for students with a variety of communication needs Provide direct speech-language therapy services, both pull-out and in-classroom, as required by IEPs Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with educational staff and families Offer consultative support to teachers and aides to foster inclusive classroom communication strategies Benefits & Perks Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage for your well-being 401(k) plan to support your future goals Full academic year schedule aligning with school holidays and breaks Opportunity to work with a supportive staff committed to your professional growth Ignite your career while making a meaningful impact.
