  • 46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Windsor.
This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills while supporting meaningful progress and quality of life. What You'll Do Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as needed Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that support continued improvement Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $43
