Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology is required. Current Delaware State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Previous school-based experience preferred, but highly motivated new graduates will be considered. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to working full-time and on-site.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct assessment and treatment of students 1:1 and in small groups. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow therapists to optimize student outcomes. Maintain appropriate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all state and federal regulations. Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment. Support generalization of communication skills across various school settings.
