Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current Delaware State license to practice as an

SLP ASHA

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities Warm, patient approach and a commitment to fostering student growth

Key Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 speech and language therapy to students, supporting their communication goals and academic participation Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care Maintain thorough documentation on therapy sessions, progress, and required reports Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for your students' success within the school setting Stay current with best practices and continuing education to maintain licensure and skills
