Job Description

Make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist working remotely with early childhood and elementary students. Key Qualifications:
Valid Delaware SLP license (required) CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcome Experience in pediatric, healthcare, and/or school settings preferred Strong skills in assessing and treating communication disorders in children Comfort with virtual service delivery platforms Passion for early intervention and elementary-age communication development
Role Expectations:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of early childhood and elementary students Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) collaboratively Deliver engaging therapy sessions in a remote learning environment Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and school policies Participate in virtual meetings and consultations with parents, educators, and support staff Remain up-to-date with best practices in teletherapy and school-based service models
