Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist in St. Johns, FL Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in St. Johns, FL for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting students' communication development and helping them succeed academically and socially within a school environment. We are looking for a collaborative professional who is committed to providing high-quality speech and language services to students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments for students Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in a school setting Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and compliance records Support students with articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA CCCs preferred, Clinical Fellows may be considered depending on district needs School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
