School-based experience preferred; CFY candidates welcome Position Overview Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to provide school-based speech and language therapy services in a public school special education setting in Stuart, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school-based SLP or a new graduate beginning their Clinical Fellowship. Candidates who are passionate about helping students develop communication skills and achieve their educational goals are encouraged to apply. CF supervision is available and provided in accordance with ASHA and applicable state requirements. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and provide treatment for students with a range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Write measurable speech and language goals and objectives and monitor student progress Provide support using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies when appropriate Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff Maintain accurate and timely clinical and educational documentation Follow all applicable school, district, state, and professional requirements Apply current evidence-based best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP license or eligibility/in-progress licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; not required for eligible CF candidates Educator/Teacher Certification , if required by the state School-based or pediatric experience preferred New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Why Work with Princeton Staffing Solutions?
