Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Use your expertise to make a meaningful difference in young lives, working collaboratively with educators and families to help students reach their full communication potential. Qualifications & Skills Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Georgia SLP license or eligibility Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY considered Experience in school-based or pediatric settings a plus Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds and varied exceptionalities Responsibilities Assess students with suspected speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support language development Participate in student evaluation and IEP meetings Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Stay current on best practices in speech-language therapy and special education Support generalization of communication skills into the classroom setting Whats Offered Flexible contract arrangements and school calendar schedule Opportunity to work in collaborative, student-focused environments Supportive professional network within the school setting Contribution to the academic and personal growth of students Options for professional development and growth within the field If you're ready to make a positive impact using your SLP skills in a school environment, we encourage you to apply.
