Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain before start date) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status accepted Previous experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other education professionals Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students, teachers, and families Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress notes, and documentation Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and required trainings Offer support and resources to teachers and caregivers to facilitate optimal student outcomes
