Position Summary :

Responsible for providing services to both inpatients and outpatients, including treatment, planning, implementation and related documentation.

Position Requirements :

Graduate of approved Speech/Language Pathology program. Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Illinois Holds and maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence as issued by ASHA. Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association. Previous hospital experienced preferred.
