PM Student Population:
Primarily Pre-K, with some Kindergarten students
Caseload:
Approximately 40 students (subject to change based on district needs)

Dedicated office space available, with significant push-in therapy services at the Pre-K level Key Responsibilities As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to Pre-K and Kindergarten students Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Create and monitor measurable IEP goals and objectives Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Support students who use AAC devices and communication systems Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and administrators Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Deliver both push-in and pull-out therapy services as appropriate Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Ability to work effectively within a school-based setting Preferred Strong AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) experience Previous school-based SLP experience Experience working with early childhood, Pre-K, or Kindergarten populations Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates may be considered Why You'll Love This Opportunity Full-time school schedule with weekends, holidays, and school breaks off Manageable caseload of approximately 40 students Primarily early childhood and Pre-K population Opportunity to utilize and expand AAC expertise Dedicated therapy space available Supportive educational team environment Small-town community with access to parks, outdoor recreation, and scenic nature trails Apply Today If you're a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a rewarding school-based SLP job in Clinton, Illinois , this is a fantastic opportunity to help young learners develop critical communication skills while working alongside a collaborative educational team.
