Full 2026-2027 School Year A school district in Madison, Illinois is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students in low-incidence special education classrooms across multiple nearby school buildings. The district is looking for a long-term addition to its team and is ready to interview and extend an offer immediately. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Provide direct therapy services and maintain required documentation. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Caseload Approximately 44 students Primarily elementary students, with 3 students at the middle/high school level Low-incidence special education classrooms Services provided across 3-4 school sites located within one block of each other Qualifications Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required. Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Education Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit an updated resume for immediate consideration.
